Bakery Style Vanilla Cupcakes

Ingredients:

• 1 stick of butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1+2/3 cup AP flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 tbsp milk
• 1/4 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 tsp almond

DIRECTIONS

1. Cream together butter and sugar
2. Add eggs one at a time and mix well
3. Add 1/4 tsp vanilla & 1/4 tsp almond and mix well
4. In seperate bowl combine flour and baking powder then add to egg, butter and sugar mixture
5. Add 2 tbsp milk and mix until just combined
6. Spray 12 to 18 cupcake liners (depending on how big you want your cupcakes) with non stick spray and fill
7. Bake at 350 for 19 minutes
8. Let cool and top with your favorite frosting!
