Big Chip Energy (chocolate chip)

Not your average chocolate chip cookie: Plugra European-style butter creamed with brown and white sugar and real vanilla beans, for a deep, caramel-edged flavor and a thick, chewy center.

The chocolate goes in as Belgian callets rather than chips. Chips are engineered to hold their shape; callets melt, so you get wide pools of real chocolate running through every bite instead of firm little nubs. Finished with a pinch of Maldon sea salt flakes on top, the flaky kind that crackles between your teeth and makes the chocolate taste even more like chocolate.

Giant, thick, and baked fresh in small batches.
