This one's for the certified sweet tooth. A vanilla cookie base, made with Plugra European-style butter, is loaded with crushed Oreos and stuffed with a homemade fudgy brownie and a full Twix bar baked right into the center. It comes out of the oven and gets topped with melted caramel and another Twix bar for good measure.

The brownie is baked from scratch, not a mix, and the whole thing is built to be as gooey and over-the-top as it looks — a full-on dessert mashup packed into one cookie.
